Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details: Your name, work email, company name, and Zendesk subdomain
• Zendesk configuration metadata: Triggers, automations, views, macros, roles, SLA policies, ticket fields, CSAT scores, and installed apps
• Marketing preference: Whether you opted in to receive Zendesk tips and insights

What we do not collect

• Ticket content (subjects, descriptions, comments, attachments)
• End-user or customer personal data
• Agent conversations or internal notes
• Passwords, API tokens, or credentials

How we use your data

• To generate your Zendesk health check report
• To contact you about your results and our services
• If you opted in, to send occasional Zendesk tips and insights

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (to provide the health check service you requested) and consent (for marketing communications, where you have opted in).

Data sharing

Your contact details and health check scores are stored in our CRM (Pipedrive) to manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

Configuration snapshots from free health checks are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Contact details are retained for the duration of our business relationship.

Security

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256)
• Free tier tokens are revoked immediately after the scan completes
• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
• Data is hosted in the UK (DigitalOcean London region)
